I loved this recipe! I did not have a green onion, so I substituted a white sweet onion. I did not have the Korean chilli powder so I substitute it with extra chilli powder to taste, I did not have sesame seeds, but I did have sesame oil, so I added a few drops of sesame oil. And, despite having to make the changes this was absolutely delicious.

Made this a half dozen times, it’s always fresh and delicious. It’s great the next day too, but the day after that – not so much. I usually est it all in 24 hours.
