Lovely recipe! Thank you! I also wanted to try this after watching a kdrama. The zucchinis were a hit with the kids after school and zucchinis are not something they usually like to eat! Will be making this again.

I am a fan of this dish. First tried it after watching it made on many Korean dramas as celebratory food. Have tried variations using part cornstarch or arrowroot and flour. Have been curious about using rice flour instead of wheat flour…the other variation I want to try is to use a gluten free flour…this truly is my favorite way to eat zucchini. Thanks for the great instructions.

It should have similar texture and moisture content to work well. If you are talking about the long and slender yellow winter squash, I think it should work ok although I have not tried it myself. Love to hear how it turns out. Good luck.
